Sin su extraordinaria capacidad a la hora de mostrar resultados, me hubiese sido mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil realizar los escritos de defensa para mi marca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Es cierto, que GOOGLE incordio bastante, pero al final tuvo la \u201cDECENCIA\u201d y la \u201cHONRRADEZ\u201d de realizar y firmar un escrito donde reconocer\u00eda la incidencia sobre la modificaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> escrito que pude presentar a tiempo ante el juzgado del \u201c<strong>ALTO TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE JUSTICIA<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Debo indicar, que ese escrito solo se pudo entregar en el juzgado, gracias a que pude CAMBIAR\u00a0\u00a0 de LETRADO.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EL LETRADO denunciado, <strong>NO QUER\u00cdA ADJUNTAR EL BUROFAX,<\/strong> donde le <strong>ROGABA a GOOGLE<\/strong> que volviese a poner el t\u00edtulo correcto \u201c<strong>LA CORTE DEL INGL\u00c9S FEDERICO DE GALES<\/strong>\u201d, en lugar de \u201c<strong>CORTE DEL INGL\u00c9S<\/strong>\u201d. Al no adjuntar el burofax al escrito de alegaciones, tal como<strong> PRETEND\u00cdA el letrado de justicia gratuita<\/strong>, no hubiese sido posible la entrega en los JUZGADOS del escrito de reconocimiento por parte de la mercantil GOOGLE.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">El letrado no podr\u00eda haberlo hecho peor.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, GOOGLE, perfectamente <strong>podr\u00eda haber agotado todos los tiempos y haber ido a juicio<\/strong> manteniendo el t\u00edtulo web modificado con las palabras \u201c<strong>CORTE DEL INGL\u00c9S<\/strong>\u201d cuasidentico al de la recurrente \u201c<strong>EL CORTE INGL\u00c9S<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfCasualidad o Causalidad que todos y cada uno de los organismos no se hayan dado cuenta del ACENTO?.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ha tenido que ser \u201cGOOGLE\u201d, la que avise del error,\u00a0 <strong>CASTIG\u00c1NDOLO<\/strong> a la hora de mostrarlo en sus <strong>RESULTADOS<\/strong>.
